Is former Radius partner Esti Parsons returning to the Hub? Alison Arnett seems to think so, dropping a mighty juicy tidbit in the middle of a recent blog post listing openings: “A new restaurant, Sam’s Place, in the new Louis in Seaport area — reportedly with Esti Parsons in charge — we’ve missed her.” Parsons departed Radius last year to focus on opening her own restaurant in Hingham, but there’s been no word on that project since last summer. Parsons couldn’t be reached and Louis’ rep did not return repeated calls for comment, so for now this is just a rumor, but still: a pretty damn intriguing one.
