On tomorrow’s episode of The Dr. Oz Show, the good doctor plunks on a pair of heavy glasses, Clark Kent style, and shows up for an anonymous day of work as a waiter at Hell’s Kitchen stalwart Cooper’s Tavern. He’s there in order to learn, as the episode’s title implies, “Secrets That Restaurants Don’t Want You to Know” — we presume many of them involve the vast quantities of butter and salt that makes restaurant food so darn good. In the exclusive clip below, watch as Oz passes judgment on his patrons’ orders — “Why would you order that?” he asks a guy who asks for the ten-ounce Skyscraper Burger. The man is undeterred: “I believe in meat.”
