Ride.Studio.Cafe, a coffee shop/bike store owned by the team behind Somerville’s Diesel Cafe and Bloc 11, is now open in Lexington Center, reports the Lexington Minuteman. The shop offers muffins and sandwiches alongside $2,000 bicycles and bike clothing by Campagnolo and Ralpha. Owners Rob Vandermark and Jennifer Park decided to open their shop in Lexington because “everyone rides through here.” So to be clear: this is a shop with a trendy, creatively-punctuated title selling cult bikes and coffee from the folks behind two of Somerville’s hottest non-bars — is Lexington a hipster ‘hood now?
