The Ritz-Carlton Chicago is adding a new restaurant to their Gold Coast location. The “art deco-inspired” deca RESTAURANT + BAR opens on May 3. It features “brasserie-influenced cuisine” from Executive Chef Mark Payne, who has worked at The Cafe at the Ritz-Carlton. The full menu is not out yet, but a quick teaser showcases mussels with French fries, ahi tuna confit salade nicoise, croque madame, and a wagyu burger.
