We know you’re probably adrift in a sea of beer-drenched events right now thanks to the Craft Brewers Conference, but it’s only the beginning of an alcohol fueled April. Chicago’s WhiskeyFest starts later this month, and Boka and Iowa based Templeton Rye just announced an April 20 four-course dinner. The full menu hasn’t been decided, but some teasers include diver scallops cured in whiskey, and espresso cake with, well, even more whiskey. Tickets are $45 per person without tax or tip, and we suggest you walk or take a cab afterwards.
