What to Eat on Amy Glaze’s New Menu at Le Club

Le Club — the tony bar and restaurant in the former (and quite formal) Charles Nob Hill space where Frances chef Melissa Perello made her name — has a new chef and a quickly expanding menu. As Tablehopper informs us, Amy Glaze is taking the helm and currently serving a limited à la carte menu as well as a nightly, seasonal prix fixe.

Chef Glaze just finished a two-year stint under Eric Ripert at Le Bernardin in New York, and she originally worked for Le Club’s owner Gina Milano at Ecco Ristorante in South Park a number of years ago. It seems clear with her pedigree, which also includes Guy Savoy in Paris, that Chef Glaze will be raising the profile of Le Club’s dining room in the near term.

Grub Street contacted Le Club and received a copy of their current à la carte menu, which currently leans toward champagne-friendly foods for the late-night diner. Here it is:
