Sazon Chef Offering Alcapurrias

Sazon chef-owner Claudia Kuhui lets us know she’s been making alcapurrias, a Puerto Rican style of empanada that uses a dough made from plantains that gets stuffed with picadillo (ground beef, capers, raisins, recaito and spices). Tonight and every Tuesday, Kihui is offering 50% off any second entree at her pan-Latin Caribbean restaurant in Culver City. She also warns the alcapurrias are available only “until supplies last,” or until she gets tired of making them. [Sazon Latin Fusion]
