Steve Cuozzo has the low-down on the $1 million reopening of the Plaza Hotel’s fabled Palm Court on April 12. Afternoon tea will be cheaper (just $45!), and there’ll be a piano and violin instead of a harp, better lighting, and a menu featuring “organic and local ingredients” from Willis Loughhead, as well as desserts from (fittingly enough) Tavern on the Green’s Jasmina Bojic.
