QSR magazine asks some local restaurateurs what they think about the new letter-grading system and (surprise!) Adam Dell of Katz’s is totally okay with it: “Now you’ll feel comfortable and safe when you go out to eat.” According to DOH records, Katz’s has been safely in the A-B range ever since it failed a few inspections in 2007.
