Speaking of recurring puns, Mexico Restaurante y Barra is back in the game after its stunning debut of “Cirque DuSoGay” last December. Larry Nicola’s Beverly Hills restaurant will be the first stop on Out & About Tours’ new “SunGay Brunch,” being held on the last Sunday of each month. The tour will take an abbreviated look at the homosexual hot zones and hidden historical sites seen on Out & About’s usual adventures, but with the inclusion of three courses at three different restaurants plus a trip to a long-surviving piano bar. After a Meximosa-soaked afternoon at Mexico, the tour will meet-up with the Buttermilk Truck for breakfast sandwiches and Hawaiian bread cinnamon toast then tour Silver Lake’s The Other Side piano bar, before ending over a dessert trio at Flying Leap Café. The cost is $85 per person for the three-course, three-hour tour and tickets can be found online.
