Almost three months after closing in Malden, The Pulse Cafe (formerly known as Vej Naturals) is finally open in its new Davis Square location. The all-vegan cafe’s menu spans the globe, from arancini stuffed with a mushroom bolognese to bibimbap. Good news for Somerville’s celiac population: a good portion of the menu is gluten free.
