J’Way Cafe is now open in the basement of Jamaicaway Books & Gifts on Centre Street. While most bookstore cafes focus on the big three of baked goods, paninis, and soups. J’Way’s menu looks to the South: pulled pork and catfish sandwiches with peach cobbler and sweet potato pie for dessert, with prices that top out at $5.95. The catch: thus far, it’s only open on Friday nights and weekends.
