What to Eat at Garden at the Cellar’s New Brunch

Photo: Garden at the Cellar

As promised, Will Gilson has added brunch to the lineup at Garden at The Cellar, served every Sunday from 11 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Entrees focus on unusual twists on brunch favorites: think homemade lox with sunchoke rösti, eggs Benedict with bearnaise and speck, and a tartine topped with scrambled eggs and crisp pork belly. It’s all hangover food par excellence and from a potential Rising Star Chef to boot.
