Want to be the coolest kid on the block and visit lots of restaurants the day they open? This is a good time for it, as the weekend is bracketed by big ones: The Southern debuts tonight, with dinner running from 5 p.m. all the way through 2 a.m. (refresh yourself on the menu here). Relax in the snow this weekend, and then dig yourself out Monday for breakfast at Eggsperience, which has moved its opening day up from the original date of the 21st, followed by dinner at Sarah Segner’s long-awaited Prairie Fire, which debuts that evening (check out the menu here). And of course, be sure to tell us everything.
