Bits of info we received within seconds of one another, which we can only chalk up to cosmic forces being in support of our increasing state of taco ubiquity: Big Star is adding weekday lunch to its lineup, opening daily at 11:30 a.m. starting March 8, and Mercadito has added Saturday brunch, which will run from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. All we need now is a restaurant to launch breakfast tacos and we’ll be fully taken care of.
