Chez Jacky, a casual, family-style bistro from the owners of Petit Robert will open in Brighton, reports Dishing. The menu is oriented around cheaper versions of the same sorts of dishes found at Petit Robert: onion soup, charcuterie, roast chicken, and, thank goodness, Petit Robert’s burger dog. This is a pretty big deal for Brighton, which, aside from maybe Jasmine Bistro hasn’t had a destination-worthy restaurant in some time. Chez Jacky is slated to open on April 1 in the current home of Zocalo.
