• The Fountainhead is opening in March in Ravenswood/North Center, with the name coming from Ayn Rand, yes, but also from the fact that the liquids-focused restaurant will have hand-cranked beer pumps. [Grub Street]
• Wicker Park staple Letizia’s Natural Bakery is branching out to Logan Square, with a shop coming to California and Altgeld that will have an on-site veggie garden. We called for more info and were promised a spring opening, with no official date yet. [RachelleB]
