Well now, this is curiously timed. On the week of El Quinto Pino’s reopening, Blackboard Eats is offering 30 percent off at Tía Pol. Sure, maybe it’s just coincidence — or maybe Heather Belz and Mani Dawes are trying to steal some thunder from their neighbor and former partner Alex Raij?
