SOMA: In addition to the aforementioned end of their lunch service, Heaven’s Dog is also experiencing a chef shuffle, with Andy Wai departing and owner Charles Phan stepping in along with his brother Michael Phan to oversee the menu. Interestingly, they say they won’t be hiring a replacement. [Chron]
Mission: Craig’s Place, which is in a seemingly great corner location at 18th and Guerrero, but a location which has nonetheless seen quite a few closings in the last ten years, is shuttering to make way for a seafood joint called Ebb & Flow. [Eater]

Also in the Mission: Chef Ed Vigil has left Ramblas in order to become chef-partner at Vin Antico in San Rafael. [Chron]
Ferry Building: Delica has new extended hours, open until 9 p.m., and they’re now serving small plates as well as sustainable sushi. [Tablehopper]
Castro/Mid-Market: The LGBT Center is seeking rezoning in order to open a rooftop restaurant. In addition to the new Passion Café and Medjool (whose owner Gus Murad is in talks with the Center about their roof), this would be the third al fresco rooftop option in town. [BAR via Eater]
NOPA/Richmond: Green Chile Kitchen is now serving sopapillas. [Tablehopper]
