Two time James Beard Award winner Todd Hall and former Bravo chef Jacqueline Kelly will helm the kitchen at Jerry Remy’s Sports Bar & Grill, according to spokesperson Valerie Umana. This is a disproportionately star-studded lineup for what is, at its core, a glorified baseball bar.
The menu, which Hall is consulting on and Kelly will oversee as Executive Chef, isn’t quite the fine dining either chef is used to, but it looks pretty notable nonetheless: nachos with grilled skirt steak, smoked meats, and a burger topped with white cheddar and grilled onions and served on fried dough. Fried dough! Jerry Remy’s is set to open in March.
