Jamie Bissonnette could follow in the footsteps of Barry Maiden and Tony Maws by being named a Best New Chef by Food & Wine posits Devra First in the Globe. No argument here, since Bissonnette is currently killing it at both Toro and Coppa, two of the hottest restaurants in town, but we suspect he’s not the only Boston chef who could have a very good 2010. Which Hub toques do you think could be honored by either the Beard Awards or Food & Wine this year?
