Harvest’s Mary Dumont and Gabriel Bremer of Salts are both former Food & Wine Best New Chefs, but at 6 p.m. on January 21, the two will battle it out to see who is really the best. The cook-off, which benefits the Greater Boston Food Bank, will be judged by three other Best New Chef alums, Michael Leviton, Jody Adams, and Barbara Lynch.
