What to Eat (and Drink) at the Revamped Pops

South End standby Pops has entirely relaunched, reports UrbanDaddy. Not only does the restaurant boast a brand new bar, but the cocktail menu has been totally overhauled and there’s a brand new list of tapas on offer. While the old cocktail list’s well-made standards will be missed, it’s hard to mourn too much when new drinks like absinthe-infused horchata and a grapefruit gimlet are on hand.
