Old City music venue/dive bar The Khyber is for sale, says everyone. The business is being offered for $245,000, which does not include the real estate, which Khyber owner Stephen Simons purchased in 2001 according to tax records, but does include the liquor license. The Khyber has been in the national news lately, thanks to the terrorist activities of its previous owner-manager, although we doubt that has anything to do with the sale. Everything in Old City is for sale these days, and there are even some people who are still buying!
