Meal Ticket reports that Adam Glickman, the longtime chef of Monk’s who announced he was leaving last month after nine years at the Belgian beer bar, has found a new home at Jose Pistola’s. Which is kind of weird when you consider that Monk’s owner Tom Peters, who will take over the kitchen at Monk’s, used to work at the Copa Too, which is the bar that formerly occupied the Jose Pistola’s space. Maybe not weird, just indicative of the tight-knit nature of the Philly restaurant scene.
