Ever since opening nearly a year ago, Minetta Tavern has been promising to launch brunch soon, and according to UrbanDaddy, it will finally happen this weekend: “In addition to staples like the Black Label Burger, they’re unveiling gems like Shirred Egg With Black Truffles, Ham and Eggs With Grits and five kinds of Bloody Marys.” Earlier, Thrillist tweeted the first details about the menu: “slow baked ham in hay, black pudding clafoutis, oysters & pork sausage, and 45 day Creekstone prime.” We just called, and as of 4:22 p.m., there was an 11:30 a.m. table for two available on Sunday (for the moment, reservations are for Sunday only, and are taken only the week of). All other slots were filled up. Good luck!
