After Bussaco owner Scott Carney couldn’t see eye to eye with opening chef Matthew Schaefer, he teamed up with Katy Sparks, but now she’s gone just a month after unveiling her first menu. A restaurant rep tells Diner’s Journal it was because of “Irreconcilable differences. Katy said ‘white,’ Scott said ‘black.’”
