In yet another article about Gordon Ramsay’s financial woes, Bloomberg reveals that he has reported a total loss of 4.32 million pounds for the year ending August 31, 2008. Ramsay, who lost 1.78 million pounds (or about $2.87 million) on his Paris restaurant alone, blames start-up costs and assures, “The 2009 accounts for Gordon Ramsay International and Gordon Ramsay Holdings together, will reflect a robust year of trading and an emphatic return to profitability.”

Meanwhile, he’s got another trick up his sleeve: According to the Star, Gordo is planning a television show that will highlight London and New York’s Malaysian cuisine, which he says “will become a force to be reckoned with.” Ramsay just shot a show on Indian food, a cuisine that Salon says will not become a trend anytime soon.
