Suzanne Tracht’s long-planned Suzpree restaurant is still searching for a home while she also works on giving LAX a taste of a new comfort concept there. If you want to experience Suzpree’s proposed seafood-centric oyster and noodle bar recipes, head to the bar at her steakhouse Jar every Tuesday through Thursday nights for Suzpree Little Bites, a preview of six dishes conceived with Bangkok-born cooking partner Preech Narkthong.
