In yesterday’s Philadelphia Diet, chef-owner Michael Schulson previewed a number of the dishes from the menu of Sampan, his “modern Asian” restaurant that opens this Friday, and today he has debuted the entire menu via Twitter. You can view the menu here. A little bit more about the restaurant - the interior, co-created by Sparks Design and UrbanSpaceDevelopment (APO, Capogiro, Noble), is a dark, moody combo of exposed wood and concrete floors, with an open kitchen; it centers around a freestanding square bar and features panels of tree branches backlit by an array of colored LEDs.
