You’ll have to wait a while to read it, but chef Marc Vetri has a deal to write another cookbook, to be published in Fall 2011, according to Publisher’s Marketplace. It will be called RUSTIC ITALIAN: The Heart and Soul of Italian Home Cooking and will focus on “rustic Italian food of home cooks, consisting of the lovingly handcrafted foods that inspire all three of the chef’s Philadelphia restaurants: the original Vetri, Osteria, and his forthcoming trattoria, Amis.” He’s once again working with co-author Dave Joachim, with whom he collaborated on his first book, Il Viaggio di Vetri.
