A flood of openings information from our favorite North Side neighborhood blog: Ba Le Bakery’s new space at 5014 Broadway declares “Sandwiches et Cafe,” which could mean that the old space will be bakery-only. Meanwhile, the former J.J. Fish at 4515 Sheridan is now a Mexican restaurant called La Ciudad, which boasts free WiFi and is BYOB (UU’s tipster reports “amazing” food, but it also reads a little shilly so we’re reserving reportage until that gets corroborated elsewhere). Meanwhile meanwhile, Winson’s Cafe (which we earlier covered thanks to its interesting life story as gay-bar-turned-24-hour-cafe) is now open on Clark and Argyle. [Uptown Update]
