The first-ever Dorchester/Milton Restaurant Week will take place from January 17-31. “This is really the first year we’ve had enough restaurants to do it,” spokesperson Chris Lyons tells Grub Street “and we figured if Stoneham can have a restaurant week, Dorchester and Milton can as well.” Eight restaurants, including Ashmont Grill, dbar, Tavolo and Abby Park, will offer special three-course dinners for $30.01 every night, except Fridays and Saturdays. If all goes well, there are hopes to expand the program in 2011.
