Business must be good for the Popeyes in Chinatown, because on Friday, the owner of the location across from the Manhattan Bridge opened a second one just nine blocks away. It’s open from 10 a.m. till 10 p.m. Unfortunately, it is not one of the locations selling Cajun-fried turkeys.
