• Alex Plotkin, the owner of the steakhouse Chops in Bala Cynwyd will take over the enormous Washington Square space that was formerly Oceanaire and open… a steakhouse. Plotkin, who has been interested in the space for a while, is perhaps better known as the restaurateur who sued Inquirer restaurant critic Craig LaBan after an unfavorable review. [Inquirer]
