The New York Times reports that Israeli billionaire Lev Leviev is planning to turn the paper’s former West 43rd Street home into “a glamorous three-decker sandwich, with a vertical mall that includes luxury shops on the lower floors, along with exhibition space and a stylish bowling alley and nightclub surrounded by seven restaurants.” The “stylish bowling alley” will be operated by Bowlmor — because Lucky Strike and Leisure Times weren’t enough for the area. The nightclub will be operated by Paul Sevigny and Nur Khan. Just kidding.
