Texas chef Tim Love, who briefly opened a New York outpost of his Lonesome Dove Western Bistro in the Flatiron back in 2006–2007, joins CBS’s Early Show for a monthly gig beginning January 11. Love will prepare meatballs for his first segment. (Trendy!) Also on January 11, the Food Network will begin production on the second season of Alex’s Day Off, featuring chef Alexandra Guarnaschelli.
