Ana Sortun makes her four year-old daughter smoothies and Henrietta’s Table chef Peter Davis goes with egg in the hole for his kids, reports a Globe story about what chefs make their kids for breakfast that handily doubles as a guide to quick and easy breakfasts for time-strapped grown-ups. Take Centre Street Cafe’s Felicia Sanchez’s suggestion: “Take a banana, cut it in half lengthwise, slather it with peanut butter, and then roll it in granola to give it a good crunchy crust.” Good for all ages!
