Time Out asked some industry folk to name their favorite burgers, and Frank Bruni, Nick Solares of A Hamburger Today, and the obviously biased Pat LaFrieda dig both the Minetta Tavern Black Label burger and the Shack Burger. Shocker! The answers were decidedly more varied when Always Hungry asked chefs to name their favorite restaurant, though Christopher Lee, Tyler Florence, and Jeremy Strubel of the Libertine are in agreement about DBGB.
