Taste What Top Chef’s Laurene Wickett Cooks at Coffee Bar

Top Chef season six contestant and Left Coast Catering owner Laurine Wickett will be cooking two special dinners at Coffee Bar this weekend and next week, giving the public a rare chance to taste her cooking without hiring her whole outfit for an event. The three-course dinners this Saturday, Nov. 7, and next Tuesday, Nov. 10, are going for $35 without wine pairings, $55 with. Entrees include roasted pork shoulder with dandelion greens, pear mostarda, and polenta, or canneloni with Swiss chard, ricotta, pine nuts, tomato sauce, and smoked eggplant.
