Tom Colicchio Finds Vetri’s ‘Impossibly Thin’ Pastas Quite Capable of Holding Their Own

Food & Wine magazine sent Top Chef’s Tom Colicchio on a road trip, which led him through the doors of Vetri, with a detour through Culton Organics in Lancaster County and seafood distributor Samuels & Son’s’ fancy new warehouse. Colicchio said of Vetri, the “impossibly thin, buttery pastas and tender baby goat could hold their own against any I’ve had,” noting that although he and fellow chrome dome Marc Vetri have been friends for years, this is the first time he’s actually eaten at Vetri.
