L.A. is getting breakfast in bed tomorrow. The bed of a truck that is. The Buttermilk Truck will make it’s debut at The Brig tomorrow night at 8 p.m., cooking morning meals at all hours to keep you from flavorless passes through Swinger’s. The premiere will be festive, with raffle giveaways to complement an evening menu with Applewood bacon and sausage sliders on Hawaiian bread, plus omelets, and fried chicken with cinnamon waffles made on the spot, among other eats. Buttermilk also has a morning menu that includes housemade cake donuts and seasonal “bites” of pancake.
