A call to Mantao Chinese Sandwiches in midtown reveals that it has reopened after its Health Department shuttering, and Lost City reports that Chinatown’s first dim sum parlor, Nom Wah, has also reopened after its second Health Department shuttering in a little over two years. Sorry to say, the nearby meat-stick shack remains closed.
