The reservation line for Bouchon Beverly Hills goes live today at (310) 271-9910, the restaurant’s PR reps tell us. An opening on November 18th is scheduled for the Beverly Hills Gardens Building, and considering the high expectations set for Keller’s return, you will need to call this number if you expect to dine there within the next year. In addition to the new menu items we sussed out last month and an inclusion of artisanal beers we just learned of, Bouchon will run Vin de Carafe, a program that brings focus to Southern California vinters by tasting from a single barrel selection of the chosen wine, produced especially for the restaurant and likely part of the wine program we hear former Mozza sommelier Alex Weil will run.
Thomas Keller, who is excited to be named the only U.S.-born chef with Michelin stars at different restaurants, says via the release,”I am truly honored to once again be recognized by the Michelin Guide, and share this amazing accomplishment with our teams at The French Laundry, Per Se and Bouchon. It is because of their hard work and dedication that we can explore new opportunities, and we’re extremely proud and excited to open the doors of Bouchon in Beverly Hills later this November.”
There you have it folks, the race is on for your seat at Bouchon. Call (310) 271-9910 today to see if you can be squeezed in sometime before 2011.
