The sublime Italian of La Bottega Marino is now available at a third location, this time in Beverly Hills at Santa Monica and Bedford. Squid Ink reports that the new location is a little slicker than the others, ditching the country market touches that some Beverly Hills’ residents could conceivably deem as “too ethnic” for their tastes. The restaurant is tiny, seating about 35, and owner/tomato-kingpin Sal Marino is jubilant at having his first brand new kitchen to cook in. The menu is the same revamped edition that you’ll find at Sal’s other two Bottegas Marinos, and judging from the looks of his porchetta, likely just as good.
