Who is moving into the Beverly Drive space ditched by Joe’s Jacopo’s and Cristoni? It’s not a “Thai concept” as recently speculated, but a new restaurant by chef Kimmy Tang of Michelia, which closed in 2008. Tang has plans to open 9021Pho with a grand opening tomorrow evening and full service starting Wednesday. Tang tells us she goes to the market almost daily and will provide a “very health-conscious” menu that features four types of pho (chicken, veggie, beef, and fish), as well as $10 bento boxes, stir-fry, and her own specialty dishes among a small selection of Vietnamese eats. 490 North Beverly Drive.
