This Wednesday night marks the second outing of Time Out Chicago’s Dining & Libation Society, and this time it’s all about the booze. The “Retro Holiday Redux” will see cocktail champs Peter Vestinos and John Kinder mixing up four punches using Death’s Door Spirits (of particular note: the Punch of Tar and Roses), which will be sopped up in your stomach by a complementary menu prepared by Old Town Social chef Jared Van Camp.
