The owners of the Peterborough strip of shops and restaurants that burned down in January have set plans to reopen, reports the Globe. Though the agreement itself is confidential, the lawyer for the Peterborough Realty Trust says that the project “will maintain the spirit of the old row.” Greek Isles, whose owners were preparing to sell the business at the time of the fires, is not expected to reopen, but the other eateries, including the much-beloved El Pelon Taqueria, will hopefully be back on board.
