Following Santa Monica and Mid-Wilshire’s recent rejection of food trucks, another neighborhood has revealed its resistance to meals on four wheels. A heavy showing of “No Parking” signs appeared along Main St. at last Thursday’s Downtown Art Walk, forcing Fishlips, Nom Nom, India Jones, and Don Chow into a food truck ghetto on Spring Street, where they served dinner with other spurned food mobiles.
