Cafe Arguello closed over the weekend to make way for the new Mission outpost of Rosamunde Sausage Grill. Rosamunde owner Jennifer Tucci told Grub Street today that her team will take possession of the space Dec. 1. “Tentatively, we’re planning on getting open within 30 days,” she said. So if all goes perfectly smoothly (Ha!), you’re looking at an opening circa New Year’s Day 2010. And btw vegans, as Mission Mission points out, they’ll have vegan sausages.
